Fees & insurance
No surprises, ever
In-network care
We're in network with most major providers — Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, and Kaiser Permanente. Benefits are verified before your first visit.
Private pay
Prefer privacy or out-of-network? Private-pay sessions include a superbill for reimbursement, and rates are confirmed in writing before we begin.
Evaluations
Testing is quoted as a flat fee after intake, based on the battery required. Many plans cover medically necessary evaluation — we check first.
