What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, contact details, and message when you use the contact form. The site itself sets no advertising trackers and builds no marketing profiles.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose — responding to your enquiry and, if you wish, arranging a consultation. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Clinical confidentiality

Once you become a client, everything you share in treatment is protected by professional confidentiality and by law (including HIPAA), with only the standard legal exceptions around imminent safety. The protections in this policy are separate from — and narrower than — those clinical protections.

Your rights

Write to hello@ashwicktherapy.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
